Let the light find you

Spring wakes us up, but early summer can pressure us to perform that awakening.

You may feel like you’re supposed to launch, shine, or “be ready”—even if you’re not there yet.

But you don’t have to rush.

You don’t owe anyone a performance of joy or productivity. You can wait. You can breathe. You can let your glow gather slowly and build toward what’s next, in your own time.

Expend your energy when you are ready.

Let me share the one concept that helped me

Holding back

Have you every jumped into a project—
with great enthusiasm.
And then realized it was all to much, too soon?

It’s only afterward that you realize how emotionally and physically tired you really are.

Sometimes holding back is the wiser path forward.

Tiny tip of the week

Instead of launching something new, revisit something old with soft eyes.
Return to a space or practice that once grounded you—even five minutes counts.
