Joy

Joy isn’t a destination — it’s fuel.
It uplifts, carries, and softens the edges of our everyday.

The purest, simplest form of joy is when you quiety say:
My life, in this moment, is beautiful.

What might spark that feeling?

  • A child’s first step.
  • Warm sun on your face.
  • The feeling of being safe, for no reason at all.
  • A moment of shared presence — with someone, or with nature.

If you’re like me, you will know it when it happens.

Because joy is a feeling.
And gratitude? Gratitude is how we remember it.

Both are simple.
Both are powerful.

But joy comes first and gratitude helps us keep it.
